Composition and spatial conditions in the area
Estate of chosen territory has a very variable character, depending on the time of its creation and the conditions of the site. Completion of the mixed structure of small scale is designed so as not to disrupt the residential zone and the nature of the southern part of that "residential areas" with clearly defined communications, architecture and the diversity with an emphasis on park areas (gardens, public areas).
Urban solutions based on the basic compositional assumption - suggest urban "residential" structure, which suitably complement the spatial composition of the surroundings and find a kind of the dialogue with the surrounding architecture.
As part of the architectural concept was to achieve expression of pleasant residential area of an adequate scale. This means that individual houses have different architectural forms. At the same time there is an emphasis on compliance of overall urban design.
The access road Na Lhotach is build up with terrace houses which are designed to create a transition between the existing buildings and determine the order the new quarter. Behind these houses there is created forest protection zone from the west and there are designed solitaires which are moving to doublehouses end up by two apartment blocks, which are from the existing already standing apartment buildings separated by a park.
