Composition and spatial conditions in the area

Estate of chosen territory has a very variable character, depending on the time of its creation and the conditions of the site. Completion of the mixed structure of small scale is designed so as not to disrupt the residential zone and the nature of the southern part of that "residential areas" with clearly defined communications, architecture and the diversity with an emphasis on park areas (gardens, public areas).

Terms of completing territory has made itself the importance in the overall context of this site. It was an extraordinary opportunity to find out a construction which, by their structure will help to the importance of the function - that is housing. The most important element was a masive of the Kunratického green forest on the western border of the site. The green was respected in the draft and completed as well as the proposal foresaw a territory of the park area, which interferes to the area. There is a park with a children's playground, pathways and green creates which divide the housing and covered area.

The chosen space is bounded from the west by massive Kunratického Forest. North-eastern part follow-up to the construction of residential houses, from which is separated by the line park area. The street Na Lhotách creates south boundary.This irregular triangle of land created by the gentle slope rising towards the north.

Urban solutions based on the basic compositional assumption - suggest urban "residential" structure, which suitably complement the spatial composition of the surroundings and find a kind of the dialogue with the surrounding architecture.

As part of the architectural concept was to achieve expression of pleasant residential area of an adequate scale. This means that individual houses have different architectural forms. At the same time there is an emphasis on compliance of overall urban design.

The territory is divided rectangular net communications, which is connected to the street Na Lhotach. For future account of the connection to the communication scheme of housing. This division formed in the area kind of blocks that are filled with the parcels on which the houses are designed.

The access road Na Lhotach is build up with terrace houses which are designed to create a transition between the existing buildings and determine the order the new quarter. Behind these houses there is created forest protection zone from the west and there are designed solitaires which are moving to doublehouses end up by two apartment blocks, which are from the existing already standing apartment buildings separated by a park.

This scheme creates a logical divide (both density and height). From the west are residential houses, which have 3 floors, then doublehouses with two floors and solitaires on the east, which have also two floors.
For all types of houses is an emphasis on the creation of various structures using diversity of street construction and materials used on the facade (tiles, wood, plaster), while maintaining architectural purity and order. This ensures that the new street have his own character each other, but as a whole unit create same architectural structure. The proposed buildings comply with the street line to front garden, which complement the residential character of the area.
